Texts really weird messages at all times day or night

They have suddenly started calling my cell. They call at all hours of the day or night. They called me 7 times in 12 hours. Do Something about this NOW!!!!

Ext 200. Man wants my SS#. Says there is a legal fraud case involving my SS#. Are you kidding me? If anyone gets a legit name or # for these ppl, post it as I think a class action is in order...

This very indian sounding man from this number indicated he was calling from a law firm (name that I couldn't understand) and that they were calling to collect on the debt from an advance that I didn't pay. Well, first of all, he had my name. Second of all, I never took an advance. I indicated that I hadn't and oculd he please give the details as I was curious as to how this could possibly be. I also indicated that I was affiliated with the court system and could easily check what he was talking about. I wanted the name again, the phone number, address and all the details in writing provided to me. He began to fumble and spitter and sputter. I didn't let up. He ended the call by saying well ok then, you didn't!. It is a scam and absolutely illegal.
